Sinking funds tracker spreadsheet
A sinking fund is money you set aside a little at a time for a cost you know is coming: car repairs, insurance premiums, holidays, property tax. It turns big surprise bills into small monthly ones.
The Sinking Funds Tracker handles up to 15 funds. Give each a target and a due date, log money in and out, and it works out how much to save each month and marks each fund Funded, On track, Behind or Past due. The dashboard shows total saved, total goal, percent funded and your total to save per month.
Works in Excel and Google Sheets.
