Savings goal tracker spreadsheet
Savings goals are easier to reach when you know how much to put away each month and can see the progress.
In the Savings Goals Tracker you list up to 12 goals (an emergency fund, a vacation, a down payment) with a target amount and date, then log each deposit. It fills a progress bar for every goal, tells you how much to save monthly to hit each target date, and shows whether you are on track or behind. The dashboard has total saved, overall progress, goals reached, a saved versus still-to-save chart and a 12-month savings chart.
Works in Excel and Google Sheets.
