Etsy fee calculator spreadsheet
Etsy takes several small fees on each sale: the listing fee, the transaction fee, payment processing and, on some orders, Offsite Ads. Add materials, labor and postage and it gets hard to know what an order really earned.
The Etsy Seller Profit Tracker works that out for you. Add your products and their costs once, then log each order. It calculates every Etsy fee, subtracts product cost and postage, and shows profit and margin per order, per product and per month. The fee rates sit on a settings tab, so you can update them if Etsy changes its fees.
Its pricing calculator suggests a price for the margin you want, with a table of prices from 10% to 60% margin. It also comes in the Small Business & Landlord Bundle with bookkeeping, rental and freelancer templates.

You get two files, a blank template and a filled-in example, plus a Start Here guide. Open them in Microsoft Excel, or upload them to Google Drive and open them with Google Sheets (free). You type in the input cells; the formulas, totals and charts update themselves.
Tips
- Check the fee settings tab against Etsy's current fee page before you start.
- Log orders weekly so the monthly profit & loss stays current.
- Price new products from the target-margin table, not from competitors alone.
