Freelance invoice and client tracker spreadsheet

In the Freelancer Invoice & Client Tracker each invoice's due date comes from the client's payment terms, and its status (Draft, Sent, Overdue, Paid) updates on its own. The dashboard shows earned this year, outstanding and overdue amounts, average days to pay, effective hourly rate, unbilled work and billable hours, with an aging summary and a who-to-chase list. The invoice tracker holds 300 rows.

Works in Excel and Google Sheets.

What you get

You get two files, a blank template and a filled-in example, plus a Start Here guide. Open them in Microsoft Excel, or upload them to Google Drive and open them with Google Sheets (free). You type in the input cells; the formulas, totals and charts update themselves.
